If you’d love to turn your life into a real-life Batman, John Wick, or simply want to 10x the results in your life by achieving a strong body strong mind…
Then this will arguably be one of the most important articles that you ever read.
This is the ultimate, no B.S. newbie’s guide to getting you to the next level and achieving massive success, so it’s imperative that you lock in, and really let this advice sink in.
If you apply the advice in this article, then you will emerge a MUCH more motivated, disciplined, focused, smarter, jacked, and healthy person than before.
I don’t want to waste any more time, because this guide will be DENSE with ripe information, so with that being said, let’s jump right in!
Strong Body Strong Mind
Now, achieving a strong body strong mind is actually much simpler than most people realize… Once you know the secrets to do so.
Most people online give B.S. advice and never give people the REAL information because then these supposed “special gurus” wouldn’t be so special anymore!
Well luckily for you, I’m absolutely fed up with “fake advice”, so I’m going to be giving you the foundation for the absolute best version of yourself with minimal effort.
Again, this will be the foundation of things I’ve compiled from hundreds of books, to thousands of videos, courses, etc.
I may make more articles that go even further in-depth, but until then I urge you to give the advice in this article a shot, and within literally the first day, you’ll notice yourself with a strong body strong mind.
The 3-Part Process For A Strong Body & Mind
Now, I’ve boiled down MASSIVE amounts of self-help, psychology, fitness, health, NLP, spirituality, etc. into a simple 3 step process.
Can you succeed without the things in this article? Yes, although you’d be shooting yourself in the foot if you do so.
That being said, achieving a strong body and strong mind ultimately comes down to focusing on the body, and the mind separately (parts 1 & 2) and then doing things that improve BOTH (part 3).
Do NOT neglect any of these parts, as not only will it leave you out of balance, but you’ll be cutting yourself off from even more results.
Part 1: A Strong Body
First things first, you need to get your health taken care of. Your body / your health is the vehicle that will carry you through life, it’s the “ship” so to speak.
While the body is the ship, the mind is the GPS, and is equally important. But if you have a shitty ship, you’re not going to get very far.
Luckily, you have this guide where I’m going to break down the basics for you.
The 4-step process for a strong body is as follows:
- Hit The Gym
- Follow The Best Diet
- Supplements (My personal favorite)
- Prioritize Rest & Recovery
Before we move on, I want to emphasize that the supplements section is VERY important.
And I want to be extremely clear here…
The supplements for both a strong body strong mind are where I’m going to be giving you the LEGIT secrets that the top 1% use but DON’T want you to know, so write them down or just really lock in.
Obviously the other ones are equally important, but the supplements section for both of these is where the most disillusionment will be happening.
Hit The Gym
This one is obvious, but the benefits go far beyond just building muscle and losing fat.
When you follow a proven plan, day in, day out, even on days where you don’t really “feel like it” then you will develop self-discipline, confidence, self-reliance and more.
Not only this, but if you’re working out intensely, then you’ll also boost your testosterone which also builds massive amounts of confidence.
I won’t go too in-depth here as I have TONS of articles on this topic, but if you’re ready to get serious then I highly recommend my flagship program The Aesthetics Blueprint.
It’s a literal A-Z guide on everything you could possibly need to go from zero to absolute frickin hero in no time.
If however, you’re not ready to make that leap then no worries, simply follow a good workout plan, be intense, and you will get still get some benefits.
Follow The Best Diet
When it comes to health, your diet is easily the most important part and is definitely something you want to master.
Again, I go over this a lot in other articles but I’m going to give you the foundations right here.
These are the most bang for your buck health activities:
- Star Drinking a Gallon of Water a Day
- Eat Your Healthy Fats to Boost Testosterone
- Get 1 Gram of Protein Per Pound of Bodyweight
- Aim to Eat Lots of Leafy Greens and Fruit
And that’s it. If you’re familiar with the 80/20 rule, then these are the 20% of things you can do that will give you 80% of the results.
Yes, there are many variations and little details you can add, but if you follow those 4 principles every day, then you’ll easily be in the top 5% of people health-wise.
This is a section I could EASILY write a whole article for, and I’ve already written several of them before.
However, again I’m here to give the no B.S. basics like SARMs for example which is by far the best/safest way to build tons of muscle and lose fat FAST.
Besides SARMs however here’s a short list of absolutely AMAZING supplements that “gurus” don’t want you to know about:
- SARMs (For Building Muscle & Losing Fat)
- Creatine (Building Muscle)
- Whey + Casein Protein (Building Muscle)
- TONS of Caffeine (For Shredding Water Weight)
- L-Arginine (Increase Visible Veins by 4x-5x)
- Maca (One of My Favorites) (Boosts Testosterone & Libido Through the Roof)
- Natural Test Booster (Build Muscle, Lose Fat, More Confidence, etc.)
- Shilajit (Insane Natural Energy)
- Melanotan (Gives You a Natural Tan)
- Rice Krispie Treats (Eat 3-4 of These Before a Workout for a CRAZY Pump)
Again, there is so much more here I could list, as I do in my program but these are the basics.
A fair warning, do NOT use all of these at once, it will likely be very overwhelming, and you won’t know what to do with all the extra energy and testosterone.
That being said, try some of these out and experience the results for yourself and thank me later.
Prioritize Your Rest & Recovery
Lastly, make sure you’re getting at least 8-9 hours of sleep per night if possible.
Remember, gains are NOT made in the gym. They are made at home while you’re resting as long you follow a good diet.
Sleeping more has been associated with TONS of benefits that I won’t go over right now, as again it could easily be a whole article.
That being said, do not underestimate the power of sleep as it is 100% necessary in order to achieve a strong body strong mind.
Challenge yourself to get an extra half hour of sleep for like a week. Then the week after, try to get another extra half hour and so on until you’re at roughly 8-9 hours a night.
My Routine Example
Now at the time of writing this article, I’m doing lots of traveling and filming some content but I’ll still lay out a typical day for me.
For my absolute favorite routine, check out The Aesthetics Blueprint because I lay out my personal morning and night routines that has contributed to so much of my success.
With that said, here’s a pretty average day for yours truly:
- After Waking: Consume Vitamins, L-Arginine, Caffeine, Maca, Shilajit + Others
- Throghout The Day: Drink A Gallon Of Water Or More, Get As Much Protein & Healthy Fats As Possible
- Before The Gym: (Not Always) Consume 2-3 Rice Krispies, & Either A Pre-workout Or 4 Grams L-Arginine
- After The Gym: Drink Whey Protien & Creatine
- Before Bed: Consume Neccessary Supplemetns + Eat Healthy Fats + Consume Casein Protein
Now, I’ll be 100% transparent here, I do a lot more than that quite often, but again we’re covering the basics here and just doing this will do WONDERS for your health.
I understand if even this routine is not possible for you whether through work constraints, financial limits, whatever, just control what you can control like the water for example.
Part 2: A Strong Mind
Next up for a strong body strong mind is the actual mind itself and let me be clear…
I am fully aware that this is a bodybuilding-based website but make no mistake – The mind is by FAR the most important thing you could ever improve.
It just so happens that when you improve your health it makes it easier to improve the mind.
Again though, because this is so critical, I would love to work with each of you individually as I’ve dedicated more of my life to psychology than to bodybuilding believe it or not but I will still lay out the basics for you here.
Ignore everything else you’ve read online, here’s the 4-step process to unlocking your full potential:
- Meditate & Release Limitations
- Read High-Quality Books
- Reach Your Max Potential
The most important part of a strong body strong mind is the mind, as a strong body is useless without the confidence, knowledge, and beliefs about success that accompany a strong mind.
Meditate & Release Limitations
The first part of optimizing your mind and in my opinion the best option is to meditate and release limitations.
I won’t go too in-depth here, but when you become good at meditation, you slowly over time begin to kill the ego, which is a good thing.
The ego is everything you identify with, whether unconsciously or not.
A good example of how the ego fucks you over is with lottery winners. Statistics show that within a couple years, over 95% of lottery winners are back to where they were financially, or worse.
Why do they self-sabotage themselves like that? It’s because their comfort zone is still that of where they were before, and when you don’t do the proper inner work, the mind finds all sorts of ways to get you back to its comfort zone.
Have you ever noticed that when you try to improve your dating or financial areas of life, there seems to be an invisible “ceiling” that you just can’t seem to get past?
That’s the ego holding you back to your comfort zone even if you’re not consciously aware of it.
Again, this is a really deep topic that I would love to work with you on, but to be honest, you don’t need to understand the ins and out.
Just try to establish a habit of meditating every day for like 5-10 minutes and if you feel comfortable, add some more time.
Read High-Quality Books
Next up, one of the best ways to get a strong body strong mind is to read the books that will teach you how to get both!
It’s important though that you make sure you’re getting the RIGHT books, as many books fall victim to the “special guru that doesn’t wanna share the REAL secrets” trap.
That being said, here are some of the best books for a strong body strong mind:
- The Aesthetics Blueprint (Both)
- Arnold’s Modern Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding (Strong Body)
- The Power of Now (Strong Mind)
- The Way of the Surperior Man (Strong Mind)
- Anything By David R. Hawkins (Strong Mind)
- The UltraMind Solution (Strong Body)
- The Slight Edge (Strong Mind)
- The War of Art (Strong Mind)
If you dedicate 30 minutes or more to reading these books every day, you will literally feel yourself “waking up”.
I don’t just mean in a spiritual sense, after reading these books your brain will begin to see the underlying patterns of life, and will dramatically increase the effectiveness of your mind.
Supplements are a literal god-send for when sometimes you just aren’t feeling it.
You’re tired? Drink Coffee. You’re anxious? Use Phenibut or Kratom (Sparingly, do your research). You want to unlock peak brain performance? Use Limitless Nootropics.
While I firmly believe that you can achieve any desired result naturally through doing effective inner work, sometimes you might just need a little help.
With that being said, here are some no B.S. supplements to unlock your mind and personality:
- Kratom (Improves Everything Depending on the Strain)
- Phenibut (Eliminates 100% of Social Anxiety. No Joke) (Use Sparingly, do Your Research)
- Modafinil (By Far the Best Supplement to Increase Focus) (Assess Your Tolerance)
- Caffeine (Gives Massive Energy)
- Limitless Nootropics (Unlock the Full Potential of Your Mind)
- GABA (Reduces Anxiety)
- L-Theanine (Reduces Stress & Anxiety. Works AMAZING with Caffeine)
- L-Tyrosine (Boost Motivation)
- 5-HTP (Boosts Mood)
Again, you won’t really need anything other than these. There’s a whole host of other fancy supplements you could take but these will be FAR more than enough for 99% of people.
Reach Your Max Potential
“Reach your max potential? No shit, that’s what I’m trying to do!” Fair enough, but reaching your max potential goes way beyond just the physical realm.
Reaching your max potential means always challenging yourself, and finding any way in which you are blocked by fear, and breaking through.
Keep in mind everyone’s journey is different, but if you’re to reach your highest potential then that means that it will be the hardest journey for YOU.
Some people may have to do less, and some may have to do more, but you are literally fighting against the weakest parts of yourself that you’ve lived with your whole life.
The journey is tough, but oh man is it worth it. That ideal version of yourself does exist and it’s way closer than you think, and yes it’s everything you’ve ever dreamed about, you just need to experience it for yourself.
Part 3: Strong Body Strong Mind
Keep in mind that the advice presented in this article has the power to drastically alter the course of your life as it has mine. (Specifically part 2)
This will serve as the foundation for you to achieve anything you want, really.
You can choose to ignore the advice in this article but I guarantee that you’ll end up coming back like or year later or something and you’ll realize what was being said on a deeper level.
Nearly 99% of self-improvement advice can be boiled down into what we talked about here, especially in the mindset section of a strong body strong mind.
I recommend starting off with improving your health as it will make everything a hell of a lot easier, but feel free to apply as much advice from this article as you can.
How To Get In The Top 1%
Luckily, getting into the top 1% of people with a strong body strong mind is actually incredibly easy, just because the bar has been set so low.
That being said, it’s only easy if you’re given the right road map to follow. Allow me to explain…
If you’re given the map of Chicago when you’re in Los Angeles, then it doesn’t matter how much you hustle, or apply self-discipline, you’re not going to make it work, because it’s the WRONG MAP.
Getting the right map is the hard part, and that’s why I’m here to help guide you by eliminating the false truths and giving you ACTUAL real-world advice so you’re not just left chasing your tail.
How To Achieve A Strong Body Strong Mind
So, to summarize how to get a strong body strong mind, understand that there are some key things to do that will set you in the fast lane of life.
You want a strong body? Work out, eat a good diet, optimize your hormones, use good supplements, rest and recover properly.
And when it comes to a strong mind, doing things like reading high-quality books and using supplements makes it 10x easier, but if you want LASTING results, you’re gonna have to the deep work at some point.
But, when you adopt the habits for both a strong body strong mind, you will see just how easy life can get, and how amazing it really can be when you’re shown how.
