Six Star Creatine Review (2024): The Dirty Secret For 4x Gains?

What’s going on man, today I’ll be giving you my six-star creatine review, including pros, cons, taste, and more.

I’m rather excited to talk about this one today because it was one of the first supplements I EVER started taking.

However, Six Star has some pretty bold claims such as “BUILD MUSCLE 4x AS FAST!” and “ENGINEERED FOR ALL ATHLETES!”

Are these claims true? Or just marketing ploys trying to get you to spend your hard-earned money.

In my Six Star creatine review, we’ll be discussing just that.

So without further ado, let’s get into it.

My Six-Star Creatine Review

My six star creatine review

The first thing I want to start off with in my Six Star creatine review is that I’ve been taking this for nearly FIVE years now.

If that should give any hint to how I feel about the product, there you go.

While I’m not saying that six star creatine is for ALL athletes and that it’s the best product out there, it’s certainly a solid go-to for many beginners out there.

When I take Six Star’s creatine after a grueling workout, I INSTANTLY feel their amino blend going to work to replenish my energy and repair my muscles.

It’s quite surreal and gives me a TON of confidence that my workout efforts were actually worth it.

Again, some things to stress before we move on… Six Star’s creatine is a GREAT go-to for beginners.

In fact, In my Six Star creatine review, I’d have to give it a 10/10 score because of it’s effectiveness, taste, and overall cost-to-performance ratio.

Effects & Benefits Of Six Star Creatine

Six Star Creatine benefits

Now, this wouldn’t be a proper Six star creatine review, if I didn’t go over the effects and benefits of it.

In my personal experience, I’ve had nothing but good things to say about it.

Unlike with other creatine supplements, I don’t even notice a common side effect of creatine, which is bloating.

Although I could rave on and on about the benefits, here are the most substantial in my opinion:

  • Build Muscle TWICE As Fast
  • Recover Faster
  • Tastes AMAZING
  • Relatively Cheap On Amazon
  • Lasts A Long Time
  • and more…

Overall, for my Six Star creatine review, I’d have to say that one of my favorite elements is the taste (which we’ll get into later).

Not only this, but every single package I’ve gotten has arrived on time, sealed, and extremely fresh, which is a HUGE bonus.

In fact, let’s take a break from my Six Star creatine review for a second, and look over a few of the benefits.

Benefit #1: Build Muscle TWICE As Fast

I know, I know. The package says build muscle four times as fast, but to be honest, that’s just marketing hype.

The only time you’d build muscle four times as fast, is if you’ve NEVER worked out before and you experience newbie gains, or if you’re on steroids.

That being said, I do believe that you can build muscle TWICE as fast, newbie gains or not.

In fact, studies usually point out that if someone is a beginner and takes creatine they’re more likely to build muscle:

“One 14-week study in older adults determined that adding creatine to a weight-training program significantly increased leg strength and muscle mass ( 27 ). In a 12-week study in weightlifters, creatine increased muscle fiber growth 2–3 times more than training alone.”

Keep in mind, the above report was one creatine in general, and was not a Six Star creatine review on muscle growth.

With most creatine supplements, you can expect around a 50% average increase to the speed at which you build muscle.

In my personal experience however, It most definitely seems like I build muscle MUCH faster with Six Star than any other creatine supplement.

Benefit #2: Recover Faster

It’s no secret that creatine helps athletes not only perform better, but recover faster too.

Most studies will agree that creatine does in fact help with recovery, muscle soreness, pain, and replenishing energy after exercise.

Very few studies argue for the opposite, but more often than not, these studies gain hype around them for their controversial ideas.

CreatineTraining Alone
Recover In Record TimeCan Take Weeks To Fully Recover
Build Muscle 2x As FastBody Can't Keep Up With Demands
Optimized Athletic PerformanceWon't Reach Full Potential

In general, I and thousands of other guys report MUCH faster recovery after a workout when supplementing with creatine.

Personally, as I said earlier, I can feel the effects of Six Star’s creatine IMMEDIATELY, which helps me fell better and more confident that gains are on their way.

Benefits 3 & 4: Tastes Great & Lasts

These last two benefits are some of the more material benefits but are a huge part of the pros in my Six Star creatine review.

For starters, the taste is amazing. In fact, it’s the best-tasting supplement I’ve ever had period.

This makes it a LOT easier to chug down after a workout, and I actually find myself looking forward to drinking it.

The next benefit is that it lasts a LONG time.

As I said in my ultimate creatine guide, you really only need about 4-6 grams of creatine a day MAX.

Six Star’s creatine has 8 grams PER SERVING which means that you can get away with having half a scoop and having the powder last twice as long.

In fact this is what I do personally, and it’s great for anyone who wants to save money for the long term.

Six Star Creatine X3 Powder vs. Pills

Six star creatine pills

For the next section of my Six Star creatine review, I will BRIEFLY go over the powder versus the pills.

Before we move on, I’d like to briefly mention that in general, the powder version of anything will nine times out of ten, be better than their pill form.

The one benefit of the Six Star creatine pills is that they’re slightly more convenient and take up less space.

However, that also means that each serving you’re taking 3 GIANT pills at a time, most of the people I know couldn’t even handle ONE.

Now, you can certainly still get jacked with the pills, I won’t deny that.

But honestly, if you’re gonna force down any pills, I’d recommend a natural testosterone booster like Testogen where the pros outweigh the cons immensely.

But you also miss out on Six Star creatine’s AMAZING taste, which is like half the reason why I still buy it to this day.

To cap off this part of my Six Star creatine review, I wouldn’t recommend the pills.

And overall just remember that the powder form of supplements is usually better than the pill form.

Taste, Side Effects, & Other FAQ’s

This will be the frequently asked questions section of my Six Star creatine review, to clear up any misconceptions.

To be honest, I’d recommend just getting it just because I’ve seen what it can do for me, and I know what it could do for you.

However, with a lot of the supplement scams in the fitness industry going on right now, where companies promise more than they can deliver, I understand the skepticism.

So without further ado, let’s address the most common FAQ’s about Six Star Creatine.

Is Six Star Creatine Good?

In my opinion absolutely. Six Star creatine has been my go-to for years now.

I still remember the first time I took it and it was like my whole world changed.

It felt like I had accessed a power that not many people knew about, and since then has been one of my favorite supplements for hardgainers.

I was recovering WAY faster and was not nearly as sore.

(This was huge because I had workouts that were WAY unnecessarily grueling back then which I’ll get into another time.)

Not only this but it tasted great and I was putting on muscle like CRAZY fast, which was huge, as I used to be a skinny hardgainer trying to get jacked for years up until that point.

Ultimately, yes it’s so good that I was inspired to write my own Six Star creatine review, because I know it can help a lot of guys out there.

Are There Any Side Effects?

To give you the short answer, there’s a 99.99% chance you won’t get any side effects if you’re smart about using it.

Creatine is the most widely researched fitness supplement out there and is also considered one of the safest to use. [R]

As I said in my creatine guide, the only side effect you’re likely to experience is bloating which isn’t harmful.

Bloating will simply add some “water weight” which at worse, might make your shredded six pack a little less visible.

I gave some definitive tips in my guide, but for beginners, you can add some more cardio to sweat and get rid of the bloating.

Besides bloating, it’s seriously rare to experience any side effects, so you can feel confident about using creatine.

What’s The Taste Like?

Lastly, the taste. Oh good LORD the taste.

Take a moment to remember or visualize, a time when you were a kid during a summertime outdoor BBQ.

The sun was hot, you’d been playing all day and were thirsty. You go to the picnic table and there’s a big ol’ tub of red Kool-Aid with ice.

That’s literally what six star creatine tastes like: Red Kool-Aid.

I love it so much that I just had to include it in my six star creatine review.

I always look forward to drinking it at the end of my workouts, and the best part is that there’s only THREE grams of sugar per half scoop!

That’s crazy. I don’t know how they make it taste so good, all I know is that I’m all for it.

Six Star Creatine Review: The Verdict

All in all, for my Six Star creatine review, I’d give it 5 out of 5 stars.

Six Star creatine has been one of my go-to supplements for YEARS, which isn’t something I can say about many products.

If you’re looking to get yourself some, you can check to see if it’s still available on amazon, and get some shipped to your door in less than a week.

Overall, I had a great time sharing one of my favorite fitness supplements with you, and I hope you’ll be able to use it as effectively as I did.
