What’s goin on you guys, it’s Matthew and I have another banger article for you!

Today, we’re talking about Nofap and specifically Nofap attraction: What it is, and more importantly how YOU can tap into it starting today.

Chances are, if you’re here, you may have heard of Nofap attraction as well as the other benefits that come with abstaining from porn and masturbation and have wondered if they’re really all THAT.

I’m here to tell you today that, yes the results really are the REAL DEAL and I’m going to show you how to tap into these benefits to get MAXIMUM results!

As always, I’ll relay my own experience and share some legit, no B.S. tips to help you CRUSH IT.

With that said, let’s jump right in!

What Is Nofap?

Nofap attraction before and after

For starters, what even IS Nofap?

For those of you that haven’t heard of it before, Nofap is a popular online movement dedicated to helping guys experience the benefits that come from abstaining from porn and masturbation.

“The benefits? Come on Matthew, really?” Yes really.

If you want the full breakdown of what Nofap is and how it works, and more, I highly recommend you check out their official site here.

The gist of it is however, that people (men specifically) have been conditioned to seek out cheap sources of dopamine (the reward chemical in your brain).

The most common sources of cheap dopamine include junk food, social media, video games, etc. but something that isn’t talked about as much even though it’s 4X WORSE is internet porn.

Again, if you want a more in-depth explanation check out their site or I may have an article on this in the future but long story short…

Internet porn fucks your brain’s “reward circuits” and natural balance which over time leads to laziness, depression, zero confidence, sky-high social anxiety, and just overall pathetic-ness.

Hence, why the Nofap movement started as people who have quit this secret addiction have experienced the exact OPPOSITE within their lives.

People on Nofap most commonly report the following:

  • More Confidence
  • Little To NO Social Anxiety
  • More Energy
  • More Charismatic
  • Better Empathy (Can read people easier)
  • and much more…

These are the anecdotal reports of literally hundreds of thousands of men who all attest to the same benefits.

But let’s take a look at why this is even the case from a more practical view of things.

What The Science Says

Let’s say you’re still skeptical of the anecdotal reports, and you want something more “official”.

There’s a great book on this topic called “Your Brain On Porn” by Gary Wilson that dives into the science of Nofap:

“In particular, a great deal of recent research suggests that the more that people’s reward systems are tuned to forming social connections with others, the more likely they are to be both more physically healthy and more psychologically well balanced. This is what makes internet pornography addiction so troubling. It represents a tuning of the reward system from a very healthy type of reward, that of forming a genuine and intimate connection with another, into a type of reward that removes the user from social contact, and often leaves them feeling lonely and ashamed rather than connected and supported.”

In other words, internet porn literally trains you to be an absolute loser who prefers jacking off in a dark room, seeping in your own shame rather than going out into the world and having bomb-ass relationships with REAL women and conquering your goals.

This brings us to our next topic, and the main reason you clicked on this article… Nofap attraction.

What is Nofap Attraction?

One of the most commonly reported benefits from men on Nofap is the insane amounts of attention they get from women.

Many people have theories as to why this is… some say it’s due to the extra testosterone you get, some say it’s because you genuinely LOOK better and some people say that women can just FEEL the confidence oozing off of you.

The truth is however, that all of these are true, and then some.

In fact, the rest of this article is dedicated on how you can not only tap into the attraction from women on Nofap but also all the other benefits that come with.

Nofap Attraction & Benefits

Before we get into the actual rules, I’d like to briefly share my experience with the benefits of Nofap as well as the phenomena of Nofap attraction.

For starters, the number one thing that you are pretty much guaranteed to experience is the extra energy and motivation.

I experienced this too… When you really follow the rules of Nofap, because you’re not draining your body’s literal life force by spurting it into a sock or tissue, you get CRAZY motivation and energy.

You need less sleep, you’re constantly looking for ways you can use your newfound energy to improve your life in HEALTHY ways rather than numbing yourself with porn.

You’ll also experience a dramatic surge in self-confidence and heavy reduction in social anxiety.

I still remember many years ago when I first started Nofap. I was in high school and I remember after doing Nofap for a week or two that I was literally a charismatic SAVANT at my school.

I was laughing and cracking jokes, flirting with girls, and having just a genuinely awesome time with everyone… And while I didn’t show it on the outside, on the inside I was thinking “What the FUCK? Literally just two weeks ago I was depressed and thought I was an introvert… This shit is amazing!”

And I’ve been a firm believer ever since.

Now, I’ve talked about it but you might be wondering whether or not Nofap attraction is actually legit.

Is Nofap Attraction Real?

To put it simply… Yes, it most certainly is, but not for what you might think.

A lot of guys think that Nofap just “bestows” them with a magical type of sex appeal.

While they’re not exactly wrong, it’s just that there’s more to it than that.

For starters you have the physical, when you’re on Nofap you will legitimately look better due to the extra testosterone and whatnot

Here’s a brief list of some of the PHYSICAL benefits of Nofap attraction:

  • Better Jawline
  • More Muscle
  • Shred Fat Easier
  • Drastically Improved Skin Quality
  • Eyes Will Look More “Alive”

And whilst these are definitely nice, I believe that the REAL essence of Nofap attraction is what Nofap does to you on a mental/spiritual level.

Sound confusing? Let me explain.

When you decide to eliminate porn and masturbation from your life, it will “get the ball rolling”.

You may start cutting out other bad influences in your life and might start incorporating some good ones like working on your body or meditating.

In other words, maybe for the first time in a long time, you turn into a man with BOUNDARIES.

And when you’re a man with a strong identity and strong boundaries people can literally feel this from you.

In truth, I could go on and on about this but the fact is… You need to experience this for yourself.

You don’t need to learn more, you don’t need to be more “ready” just start TODAY and witness these benefits for yourself.

How To Get Started & The Rules

So how exactly DOES one get started and what are the rules?

For starters understand that depending on your own addiction level (because it is an addiction) you are very likely to fail a few times.

If you don’t believe me, try just abstaining for 7 days. Most people when they’re first starting out cannot do this.

But again, if it’s your first time trying Nofap, it’s pretty common and the key is to not beat yourself up about it.

Remember that just the fact that you’re trying and getting further and further each time puts you above 95% of other men.

If you fail, accept it, learn why you failed and come up with a plan to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Some people install apps on their phone or computer that block certain websites.

Others realize that they start getting urges when they see a hot chick on social media so they just delete it. And some people just use sheer fucking will.

No PMO

PMO stands for Porn Masturbation & Orgasm. If you are truly going to take on the Nofap challenge then you need to abstain from PMO for at least 90 days.

This challenge is often referred to as Nofap490.

The reason for 90 days, is because it’s generally accepted that that’s how long it takes for someone to fully beat an addiction and rewire their brain completely.

Porn includes anything that could even be labeled as “softcore”. This means your not actively searching out hot chicks, or looking at girls’ onlyfans page or whatever.

Eventually, you’ll be able to tell when the needy part of your brain tries to take control.

It’ll say things like “Just this once” or “C’mon, one pic won’t hurt”. Ignore that shit. That’s your brain trying to trick you back into your old pathetic self.

Masturbation, on the other hand, includes “edging”. I see a lot of guys who say that they edge (touch themselves without cumming) but are still doing Nofap.

This is not true and is arguably making the problem worse.

Lastly, there’s orgasm and to be honest, this is where I’ll switch things up.

Some guys say that even if you have a girlfriend that you shouldn’t have sex with her because then you’re “violating the “O” in no PMO”

But ignore these people, your body knows the difference between a living, breathing, woman and your hand.

So, if you have a girlfriend feel free to keep having sex with her (in fact, it’ll be 10x better since you’re on Nofap) and if you don’t have a girlfriend then Nofap will literally make it WAY easier to get one.

Nofap Attraction & Benefits Timeline

So let’s use the 90-day model. Ideally, you would make this a permanent change in your life, but if you’re new to this, 90 days is a GREAT place to start.

And the question I’m sure you’re wondering “This is cool and all Matthew, but how long will it take to see results?”

And the answer is: A lot sooner than you might think.

Just because it supposedly takes 90 days for a complete “reboot” doesn’t mean that you won’t see benefits along the way, certainly not.

Here are a few of the most common phases that you’ll likely go through:

  • Days 1-6
  • Days 7-13
  • Days 14-60
  • Days 60-90
  • Day 90 Onward

Now obviously, everyone is different so your journey may or may not follow these exact phases.

But based off the reports of literally thousands of men, myself included, this will be a pretty good idea of the journey ahead of you.

Be warned of the flatline also, which is when your body and mind will fight the strongest against this reset, which we’ll talk about later in this article.

Days 1-6

The first 30 days and especially the first week or so will likely be the hardest on your journey.

You’ll still be fresh from your old self and it will be incredibly easy to fall back into your old habits.

In fact, I’d say that if you were going to relapse (fall back into PMO) that 80% of the time, it will be in the first two weeks.

However, after every rain, there’s a rainbow, as corny as it sounds, it’s true and you’ll know what I’m talking about once you hit day 7.

Days 7-13

Around days 7-13 after a week of battling with your urges, and fighting temptations, you will experience your first “God Mode”.

For some reason, around day 7, everything kind of “clicks”.

You’ll literally feel like a social GOD. Confidence, drive, and motivation will be through the roof and you’ll feel great.

This is also when you’ll get your first MAJOR surge of Nofap attraction.

You’ll feel so confident that it’ll project outwards in your body language, tone, and overall demeanor and people will most certainly take note.

Even science has noted that around 7 days of semen retention, men’s testosterone SKYROCKETED to over 140% of their baseline levels! [R]

In other words, for the next 4 to 5 days, you will feel like an absolute BEAST.

Setting goals and implementing good habits will be EASY! You’ll start to naturally do the things that will lead you to your BEST self.

Days 7-13 is kind of like Nofap giving you a preview of what your life can be like when you fully “reboot” from PMO addiction.

Days 14-60

By around days 14 all the way up to 60, you’ll kind of be in a grey zone, and I mean this in more ways than one.

For starters, you’ll start to “calm down” a bit from days 7-13, as your body needs to find a balance between your old self and the days 7-13 self, if that makes sense.

So you’ll still feel MILES better than when you first started and you’ll be way better at controlling your urges, but a part of you will still miss those 7-13 days, which rest assured, are coming if you trust the process.

Your body and brain are still slowly healing itself, so during this period, you may get more confidence and you may experience more Nofap attraction and you may not.

To be honest, these are the days where you should take your elevated sense of self and energy levels from when you first started and start incorporating some good habits like working out and eating healthy.

Days 60-90+

Around day 60 however, once your body has established balance in the brain and body, it’ll sort of say “Okay, now that we’re stable, let’s slowly get better, and better, and better….”

And that’s exactly what it’ll feel like too. Around day 60 or so (again it’s different for everybody) every day onward, you’ll feel yourself slowly moving towards a permanent version of days 7-13 including the extra “Nofap attraction”.

And enjoy it, because it’s a great feeling!

Eventually, you’ll hit day 90 and all those problems you had when you first started will literally make you laugh.

You won’t be depressed anymore, you’ll likely have a flourishing social/dating life due to your newfound drive, attraction from Nofap, and libido.

You’ll have the energy and all the other healthy foundations to skyrocket any area of your life if you so choose.

There’s a reason that professional boxers abstain from sex before a big fight.

There’s a reason why great historical teachers from famous psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud all the way to Taoist teachings teach men to refrain from excessive ejaculation.

This reason ultimately comes down to a simple truth: As a man, your semen, seed, cum, whatever you want to call it, is literally your life force and once you stop wasting it on pixels on a screen your WHOLE LIFE will benefit.

The Flatline

Nofap attraction flatline

One last thing to briefly go over before the end of this article is something called the flatline.

The flatline as alluded to earlier is your brain’s last defense against your will, where it will try its HARDEST to get you to go back to your old more comfortable self.

For some people this takes on the form of depression. For others, it’s erectile dysfunction, social anxiety, laziness, indulgence in video games, food, whatever.

The flatline (which usually lasts for a week or two) will try to tell you that if you would just relapse… just this once… that all your problems (brought upon you by the relapse itself) will go away.

Tell that voice to go fuck itself for a week or two because it’s LYING.

Believe me, your brain will use EVERY TRICK IN THE BOOK to get you to relapse, and you must be on your guard and be able to tell the difference between unconscious habits, and conscious higher self-motivation.

I won’t get too deep here and put it in simple words: If you experience the flatline, don’t freak out, it will pass.

Sometimes sooner, sometimes in a few weeks but under NO circumstance will you allow it to beat you.

Remember, it will pass…

Nofap Attraction & Benefits: Conclusion

Overall, I hope you gleaned some information from this article and this can serve as a foundation from which you can use to make MASSIVE changes in your life as Nofap has done for me.

If you’re new to this, it will likely be one of the hardest things you do, especially as society finds all sorts of new ways to spike your dopamine, but I digress…

It may be hard, but it is infinitely worth the effort, and you will see for yourself starting on day 7.

I hope you enjoyed this article and feel free to leave any questions or comments down below and I’ll get to them whenever I can. Alternatively you can also dm me on Instagram @realmatthewcarter and until then…

See you on the other side,
