Looksmaxing isn’t always easy, but it’s most certainly worth it.
If you follow this guide to a T, I can guarantee you’ll go up at LEAST 3 points on the physical attraction scale, no joke.
With that in mind, I present to you the best Looksmaxing routine on the internet. So strap in and let’s get into it.
What Is Looksmaxing?

As stated in the intro, “Looksmaxing” is the process of achieving the highest level of physical attraction that a person can attain.
In other words, we’re just tryna get hot asf.
Most guys don’t even realize they can go up on the scale. A lot of them believe that they’re just stuck at where they’re at in life.
A lot of guys are wrong.
Using the advice and applying the tips and tricks from the best Looksmaxing routine, could easily raise your “level” by at LEAST 3 whole points out of ten.

This guide will focus specifically on how to get an attractive physique/body and face.
We’ll be using the best Looksmaxing routine for fitness and nutrition, which are arguably the most important factors in your controllable physical attractiveness.
The best Looksmaxing routine ultimately comes down to 3 habits:

Lucky for you, I’m going to be providing all of them in this article.
I’ve been using Looksmaxing for a little over half a decade now, and let me tell you that this shit works.
If the best Looksmaxing routine can take me from a sub-100 pound scrawny nerd, to where I am today, then it can for you too.

Your back and shoulders are going to be the main muscles associated with that V-taper.
Remember that golden ratio?
Studies have concluded that the optimal ratio for shoulder width to waist width is about 1.618
“For the male raters, the s.d. of ratings ranged from 0.88 to 1.68; and for the female raters, the s.d. ranged from 1.01 to 1.76”
For most people that means you have some work to do.
Get your back and shoulders in check before anything else if you want to build a more attractive physique.
This means follow an aesthetic based back workout, to develop wide lats.
And it means build out your shoulders, to literally make them wider. This means lateral raises, upright rows, rear delt flys and more.
Back and shoulders are the main muscles in the best Looksmaxing routine.
They are the ones that will make you more attractive the fastest.
Abs
This shouldn’t be a surprise by now that EVERYONE can appreciate a good set of abs.
Don’t be fooled with the whole “dad bod” movement going on right now.
The truth is, guys like Connor Murphy on YouTube, got massive success and female attention because of their shredded physiques that they put time and effort in to.
This then brings up the next question, “How can we create the best set of abs possible?”

- Bench Press (Mass)
- Cable Flys (Width & Thickness)
- Incline Dumbbell Press (Upper Chest)
These three exercises will make up the bulk of the best Looksmaxing routine for pectoral development.
Stick with these if you’re just getting started and you’ll be golden.
Arms
Finally, we have a powerful set of arms to complete your physique.
Arms are incredibly important because they are what people will see the most often if you’re wearing a basic T-shirt.
Your arms will consist of 3 main muscles:
- Biceps
- Triceps
- Forearms
Something to keep in mind, is that if you want massive arms FAST, then focus on building your triceps.
Your triceps make up 2/3 of your ENTIRE arm, so focus on them if you want the most bang for your buck
I doubt I have to say this to my fellow gym bros, as they often train this more than anything but just in case, don’t neglect your biceps either.
To build your triceps you can do dips, pushdowns, and skull crushers,
To build your biceps, you can do dumbbell and barbell curls, preacher curls, and hammer curls.
And lastly, if you want to build thick, veiny forearms, then you’re either going to want to use Grip XT (by far the best way) or do some wrist curls, or reverse wrist curls.
Best Looksmaxing Diet Routine

Alright, next part of the best Looksmaxing routine is the diet.
Your diet is the number 1 thing that will affect your results, so listen the fuck up.
For starters, you want to be following a good muscle building diet where you’re getting enough protein.
Aside from that, there’s 3 main focuses for diet if you want to be more attractive.
These 3 things are:
- Shred Fat
- Get Rid Of Water Retention
- Improve Skin & Get That “Glow”
To give you some general advice, eat a ton of protein and get lots of fruits and veggies.
You can also use intermittent fasting which is one of the fitness model secrets, that I’ve used over the years.
Aside from that, let’s get in-depth for how to optimize your diet for the best Looksmaxing routine.
Shredding Fat
“Abs are made in the kitchen” is probably something you’ve heard tons of times, and for good reason, because it’s true.
If you want that shredded six pack that everyone loves then you’re going to need to get your diet in check.
Now, you don’t have to have a greek god six pack in order to be attractive, but in general the less fat the better.
Less fat on your body will do the following:
- Boost Testosterone
- A Better Jawline
- A Ripped Six Pack
- Improved Confidence

Get Rid Of Water Retention

Water retention or “bloating” is often a common a side effect when you take some of the Looksmaxing supplements like creatine.
What this ends up looking like, is a layer of unnecessary fat across your whole body, from head to toes.
Obviously this isn’t ideal and we want to get rid of it as soon as possible.
You can get rid of water retention by sweating more, cutting out unnecessary salt from your diet, and drinking more water.
